Annual Summer Shootout Marble Tournament

The Annual Summer Shootout Marble Tournament is back and now  a part of Balloons Over Bend Children’s Festival! This year the museum’s tournament registration fee is included in the admission to  Balloons Over Bend Children’s Festival, giving tournament participants access to all the additional fun happening at the festival. Festival gates open at 10:00.  Follow signs to the Museum’s marble booth to sign up for the tournament.  There are two age categories: Kids (7-12 years) and Young At Heart (13 years and older). Marbles are supplied and no experience is necessary. Registration opens at 10:00 with practice & orientation available until registration closes at 11:30 am when the tournament gets underway. Gear Peddler has generously donated two beautiful single speed cruisers to be awarded to our first place winners. Additional prize supporters include Wabi Sabi, Old Mill District, Bend Escape Room, Vector Volcano, and Bend Downtown. Tickets for Balloons Over Bend Children’s Festival may be purchased on their website for $10 or at the gate for $15. When the tournament is over hang around and join a marble pick-up game or explore for more festival fun!
